Wheatfield, NY) June 27, 2014 – Viatran, a global leader in the design and manufacturer of innovative pressure and level measurement solutions, announced today the appointment of Kevin Cornacchio as President.

Kevin brings more than 25 years of industry experience to Viatran. Having begun his career in 1993 as Product Manager for PCB Piezotronics, a global manufacturer and distributor of sensors, he rapidly rose through the ranks as International Sales Manager, Director of Worldwide Sales and in 1997 was promoted to Vice President of Sales in Marketing. In 2009, he transitioned to a Consulting role in order to pursue the establishment of Innovative Seating Solutions, before becoming Managing Director of PCB’s Asia-Pacific region. Kevin led a global sales organization that achieved an average of 15% year on year growth over a 13 year period. During that period he successfully expanded their market presence throughout Europe and Asia.

Kevin, who received his Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from Cornell University, also holds Master’s degrees in management from Oxford University and in economics from Binghamton University.
