Jamie DeCaire joins the Viatran Customer Service Team


Viatran announced today that Jamie DeCaire has joined their Customer Service Team.

“We are delighted to have Jamie onboard with us,” said Viatran’s Director of Sales and Marketing, Jennifer Johnson. “In order to provide our Customers with exceptional service, we needed to expand our team with an individual that could take our customer service to the next level. Jamie brings his experience as an Account Executive and Customer Service Analyst to Viatran where he will enable us to fully staff our phone support hours from 8:00 am till 5:30 pm (EST) Monday thru Friday; ensuring that our customers are provided with the trusted service they depend upon.”

Jamie will be responsible for supporting the territories formerly covered by Joe Dorato. Joe has moved over to the Outreach Manager role for Viatran where he will continue to work with customers to find the best solution for their pressure and level measurement applications.
