RapidRepair Service for Hammer Union Units now available from Viatran
 
Now Offering Hammer Union Repair in Under Two Weeks

NEW YORK, June 1, 2014 –Viatran is now offering RapidRepair service for up to ten Hammer Union units, promising to return to clients a clean, refurbished, tested and like-new product. The service offers repairs for a flat rate of $500 with a two-week turnaround, or the repairs will be free. 

This is a new level of service for Viatran, offering unparalleled quality of refurbishment with a guarantee of prompt service. Included in the offering:

• A thorough cleaning of not only the wetted surface, but also the entire exterior surface of the Hammer Union units, all connector pins, and beneath the connector gasket.
• A 17-point inspection to determine if the unit is performing to specification.
• Replacement of all malfunctioning components required to bring the unit back to specification.
• Replacement of all gaskets, o-rings, dustcaps and body hardware to ensure safe performance of the unit.
• A final test, a new calibration certificate for the repaired unit and all new packaging.

Once the repair is complete, the refurbished unit is then returned to the owners in what many customers consider “as-new” condition.
